When you search, book a hotel/flight, or sign up for deals through Price.win, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, trip details (destination, check-in/check-out dates, number of guests), and the booking and payment information required to complete a transaction with our OTA partners (Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka, and other affiliated platforms).

When you send a booking request through the Price.win app inside an AI assistant, we collect the following in the conversation itself: your name, phone number, email address, and trip details. On this channel we collect no payment information of any kind — no card, no transfer, no payment gateway — because you pay the hotel directly on arrival. The provider of the AI assistant handles the conversation itself under its own privacy policy.

To understand how the app is used, each time the assistant calls it we record which feature was used and the trip details of the request (destination, dates, number of guests), together with the language and approximate location the assistant reports, an anonymous user or conversation identifier when the assistant supplies one, and a one-way keyed hash of the connecting IP address. These usage records never contain your name, phone number or email, and we do not record your messages to the assistant. They are kept on an analytics server we operate ourselves.

We also automatically collect certain technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, display language, and on-site search behavior, through cookies and similar technologies, to improve your experience and show accurate pricing.

We use the information we collect to: display and compare hotel/flight prices based on your search; assist with bookings, payment processing, and cancellations through our OTA partners; send booking confirmations, price alerts, and promotional newsletters if you opt in; provide customer support and handle complaints; and detect fraud and keep the platform secure.

To complete a hotel or flight booking, we need to share the necessary booking and payment details with the relevant OTA partner (e.g. Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka) and the payment gateway they provide. These partners maintain their own privacy policies and are responsible for handling your data once you complete a transaction on their platform.

For a booking request sent directly to an OpenTravel partner hotel (including a request sent through the Price.win app inside an AI assistant), no OTA and no payment gateway is involved. We pass your name, phone number and email to that hotel, because the hotel needs them to confirm and honour your request; no payment data is passed on, because no payment is taken.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes. We only share data when necessary to provide our service, comply with the law, or respond to a lawful request from a competent authority.

Price.win uses cookies to remember your language/currency preferences, analyze traffic, and improve search results. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to keep your login credentials and personal devices secure.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in section 9.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which the data is deleted or anonymized.
