Price.win is a hotel and flight price comparison platform that aggregates pricing information from multiple online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Agoda, Booking.com, and Traveloka. We help you search, compare, and complete bookings through the OTA partners above; final booking confirmation depends on availability and the partner's policies at the time of booking.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to make a booking through Price.win. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when searching for and booking a service, and you are responsible for the accuracy of that information.

When you confirm a booking, Price.win forwards your booking request to the relevant OTA partner and helps generate a payment link. Payment is processed through the partner's payment gateway; displayed prices may change in real time depending on availability and generally include taxes and fees unless noted otherwise.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by the OTA partner providing the service, not by Price.win. You should carefully review the displayed cancellation/refund policy before confirming a booking. Price.win can help you submit a cancellation request to the partner but cannot guarantee a refund outcome that falls outside the partner's policy.

You agree not to use Price.win for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in any way that disrupts the normal operation of the platform, including but not limited to unauthorized automated data scraping, attacking our systems, or impersonating another person.

All content, interface, logos, and the Price.win brand are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Price.win's content without prior written permission.

Price.win works to ensure pricing and availability information is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability, as this data depends on our OTA partners. To the extent permitted by law, Price.win is not liable for damages arising from an OTA partner changing prices, cancelling a service, or experiencing outages beyond our control.

The website may contain links to OTA partner websites or other third-party sites. Price.win is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operation of those websites.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Price.win if we detect a violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page along with the update date. Continuing to use Price.win after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before a competent authority in accordance with Vietnamese law.
